"While working in New England last January, I began to feel weak and congested. These symptoms had begun five days prior, but I thought it was a chest cold. Once I returned home, I was seen at Woodland Healthcare and immediately transported by ambulance to the Emergency Room for treatment for atrial fibrillation. I spent nine days in the hospital, four of which were in the Intensive Care Unit. My cardiologist Dr. Stokke and the staff in the Emergency Room, ICU and the hospital gave me excellent care throughout my stay. Because of their quick response and treatment, I am able to live my life without restrictions. I am grateful to Dr. Stokke and the care he and the team at Woodland Healthcare provided."
